From an empty shell to a fully finished red light therapy spa
Heatwave Frisco started as a completely empty space. Today, it is a fully built-out red light therapy spa designed to feel modern, functional, and inviting. Our team handled this project from start to finish, making sure every detail came together exactly how the client envisioned it.
We managed all framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ADA work, inspections, and permitting. Custom lighting and cabinetry were added to bring warmth and intention into the space while keeping everything aligned with the client's high end, modern aesthetic.
Every part of this build-out was thoughtfully planned and executed to meet code and create a space that is ready for clients on day one. We are proud of how this project came together and grateful to partner with businesses across Frisco and the DFW area.
