C3 Commercial Construction partnered with Ash & Sage Spa to transform a blank commercial shell into a thoughtfully designed wellness and recovery space in Melissa, Texas. This full commercial build-out included planning, permitting, and construction to bring the spa’s vision to life while meeting all local building codes and ADA accessibility requirements.
The layout begins with a calm, zen-inspired welcome area featuring reception, a waiting space, and front desk flow designed to guide guests comfortably into the spa experience.
Beyond the entry, the spa features a large standalone sauna designed to accommodate groups, along with a hot tub and cold plunge area used for contrast therapy and recovery. Dedicated rinse stations were incorporated to support proper spa flow before guests enter the plunge pools.
The facility also includes a private wellness suite with its own cold plunge, shower, and private sauna, offering guests a more secluded experience. Integrated red light therapy was incorporated to expand the spa’s wellness offerings.
From the initial shell space through final build-out, every detail was intentionally designed to support how guests move, relax, and recover within the space.
